  • Before Burning

    Prior to burning your candle, trim the wick at least ¼ inch. This prevents uneven burning, dripping or flaring. Avoid drafts, vents or air currents. This will help prevent rapid or uneven burning, sooting, and excessive dripping. Burn for 2 - 3 hours each time you light the candle. This will help the candle burn evenly, and remember to trim wicks before each burn. 

  • While Burning

    For candle safety, never leave them unattended or lit while sleeping, and extinguish before leaving a room. Avoid touching burning candles and stop using them when there is ¼ inch of wax left. Keep at least three inches between multiple candles, and extinguish if the flame is too high or flickers. Use battery-powered lights during power outages, keep candles away from flammable materials, and ensure they’re out of reach of children and pets.

  • When Extinguishing

    To safely extinguish a candle, use a candle snuffer if available, as this prevents hot wax from splattering. Avoid using water to put out a candle, as it can cause the wax to splatter and may break a glass container. Always ensure the candle is completely out and that no glow remains from the wick before leaving the room. Additionally, do not touch or move the candle until it has fully cooled.

What is in the candles?

All our ingredients are 100% natural and sourced locally. Our cocosoy wax is natural and plant based, GMO free and contains NO paraffin, NO unnatural additives.

Our cotton wicks are flat braided made from textile grade cotton, these wicks burn cleanly and are less prone to mushrooming. They are Zinc free and Lead free.

Where are you located?

We are located in South Auckland. We do allow Pick up but how ever we have set days and time schedule.

I need my order urgently!

If your need an order urgently, please send us an emails on lilmomentsbyish@outlook.com or contact us on 02108384722. If possible, we will try and prioritise your order and can arrange urgent shipping at your cost or have pick up available if it works with our pick up schedule.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Generally, it takes 1-2working days to process and then a further 2-4 working days for shipping. We cannot guarantee shipping times as this isn't controlled by us, but you will receive a confirmation if your order is ready for collection or when its been shipped.

Why haven't I received my order confirmation yet?

If you are using Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail or another generic email account and you are waiting for your confirmation email after placing an order, please check your spam or junk mail folder as these emails are sometimes directed into the 'Spam' box.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We understand that occasionally, some product may not match your expectations. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer you an exchange

An exchange will be offered if :

The product has NOT BEEN USED and the exchange is requested within 14 days from time customer receives it.

a) The customer is unhappy with the product they have received; or

b) The customer has received the wrong product than what they ordered; or

c) The customer has changed their mind about the product; or

d) The product has been damaged during delivery.

A refund will only be offered if :

(a) The product has NOT BEEN USED and the refund is requested within 7 days from when the order is received or

(b) The refund is requested within 7 days from when the order is received.

Exchanges

The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning or exchanging any products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Time for exchanges or returns may vary. If the customer is shipping products over $50.00, a trackable shipping service is advised.
